Dear Applicants,

The host team has recently received many inquiries asking to put off the deadline later than March 4th. In order to provide sufficient time for applicants to revise and proofread their essay/action plan, we have decided to postpone the final deadline to March 14th. We hope it would encourage more applicants who are interested in participating in our program to join in. For those who already uploaded their essay/action plan, you can still repeatedly upload revisions of your files before the system closes on March 14th. Please keep in mind the final deadline has been postponed to March 14th, 2011 (GMT +8).
