Dear Applicants of GIS Taiwan 2011,

     We would like to thank you for your patience and contribution to GIS Taiwan 2011.  The essays submitted are full of insights and visions toward this year’s topic: “What is the Catch Catching at Web?” During the past few weeks, our board of jury has carefully evaluated all applications, and we are delighted to announce that the final result has been made.
