The topic of GIS Taiwan 2011 sheds light on the changes shaped by the current Internet development. After 20 years of evolvement, the Internet is now undergoing a transitional phase where new demands bring up new concerns. Facing the challenges to adjust to this increasing power, people from different national backgrounds will have their individual viewpoints. Please don’t hesitate to put down your opinions and seize the chance to discuss them with students from other countries by submitting your essay by March 4th!
